Just email the Holbourn House office team with one months notice prior to the absence period. Meal and snack subsidiaries will be paused for the duration of the break. If less than a month's notice is given, the subsidiaries will still be charged.

Just drop the Holbourn House office team an email in the first instance. We'll need one month's notice for any reductions in hours, however if you'd like to increase your child's hours, that would be subject to availability. So if we have the space, your new hours could begin immediately, but if we're fully booked you will be added to our waiting list.

We always aim to be flexible, but additional sessions are subject to availability. We do get some short-notice cancellations, so best to check with the Holbourn House office team a couple of weeks before, or occasionally, if you call us on the day, we may be able to offer you some options.

We ask all parents / carers to label their children's belongings, even knickers, pants and shoes. Labelled items will be put on your child's peg throughout the day. If a child's belonging is not on the peg when you come to collect them, please email the Holbourn House office team.

We have everything your child needs during their time at Holbourn House, and (to be honest) we're a little short on storage space, so please don't bring anything else into nursery other than a warm coat in the colder months. For quick drop-offs / pick-ups, the drive at the front of Holbourn House operates a one-way system for cars to enter on the left and exit on the right. If you are the first to arrive please pull down to the bottom of the drive (on the right) to enable other cars to pull in behind you. For longer stays, such as discussions with your key worker, please use the village hall car park and walk to the nursery building.
